Important Information

Understanding Your College ID Login Format

To ensure a smooth login process, please carefully review the required format for your College ID. Your login credential is a unique identifier composed of three distinct segments, joined by forward slashes (/).

The complete login structure is: [Department Code] / [Padded ID Number] / [Entry Year]

Breakdown of the Login Components

1. Department Code (Prefix)

The first part of your ID is a concise, three-letter code representing your academic department.

Full Department NameDepartment Code
PharmacyPha
NursingNur
LaboratoryLab
AccountingAcc
(and so on for other departments)
2. Padded ID Number (3 Digits)

The middle segment is your personal ID number, which must be exactly three digits long. You may need to add or remove a leading zero to meet this requirement.

For 3-digit IDs (e.g., 001 to 999): Use the number as is.

        001→001

        117→117

For 4-digit IDs (e.g., 0023): Remove the leftmost zero to maintain the 3-digit length.

        0023→023

For 1-digit or 2-digit IDs (e.g., 8 or 08): Add one or two leading zeros to ensure a total of three digits.

        08→008
3. Entry Year (2 Digits)

The final segment represents the academic year you commenced your studies (your entry year). This is represented by the last two digits of the year.

If your entry year was 2015, use 15.

If your entry year was 2016, use 16.

If your entry year was 2017, use 17.

    Complete Login Example

Combining these three parts, a complete, correctly formatted College ID login would look like this:
    Pha/001/15

Please ensure your login strictly adheres to this structure before attempting to access the college system. If you experience any difficulties, please contact the IT support center.

    About Your Password Guidelines

  • Grade Accuracy: Verify that the grades listed for each course are correct.

  • Name Spelling: Check that your full name is spelled correctly and matches your official records.
